07-02 Leaving West Glacier for St. Mary

St. Mary is on the east side of Glacier Nat’l Park. With the across mountain road still closed we will move over there to see the other side of the park. Yesterday, the 1st, was a day of slow rains and gray skies. Nevertheless, it did bring diffused lighting for some stream shots and when a patch of sun appeared, so did the moose.

I believe you shoot flowing forest streams better than anyone I know. It took a while for it to sink in that you were on the west side of the park. Duh! Enjoy St. Mary!
